TASTING
APPEARENCY: Slightly amber with a cloudy or shiny appearance depending on the tasting temperature. The bubble is fine and the foam is scanty and unctuous.
NOSE: At first approach, we note a woody touch and aromas of ripe fruit reminiscent of pear and raisins. Signs of a beginning of modeling during the aging in barique.
TASTE: roundness and power from the first throat. Note slightly woody see smoke. No acidity but rather a sweetness specific to some whiskey. Alcohol is present and participates in the sensation of warmth at the tasting. Perfect harmony between beer and whiskey. A beer all in balance.
