- Out-of-Stock

Brewed at Contreras brewery, this Triple beer is a hazy orange-golden color beer with a medium, foamy and lacy head. The aroma is weaker than could be wished for, with fruit, some spice and hops, and pale malt.
The aroma picked up warm medium-skinned fruit, crusty French bread, and a pinch of honey accented by white pepper and dried floral notes.. well-balanced and intriguing. The flavor found more of the honey at the core, retaining some of the fruits.. rather tacky on the edges with more fruit, dry peppery notes, and more floral stuff.. a measure of warmth stuck on the finish, accenting a muddled blend of fruits and spices.. really tangy by the end. Medium-bodied on the palate, and the carbonation level really filled up the mouth.. sharper and not all that pleasant at the back. This was a solid but unremarkable tripel.
