The brewers came up with the "evil twin" of the Delta with a variety of roasted and toasted malts to darken his soul. The community's reaction was clear : the brewers couldn't stop making this beer. The Vox Populi reigned and the beer has risen from the dead !
Dark with a beige head. Wonderful citrus and flowers nose. Creamy texture with coffee grind, cream and a bit too much sugar, coupled with hoppy bitterness, zests and sour grapefruit peel. Some dirt towards the end, dry walnut and mineral as well. Lots of stuff going on but something is not quite balanced
