Sainte Hélène Lily Blue 7.5°
The coppery brown bristling of her dress is the preamble of a universe of softness and roundness. The malty nose, slightly fruity, agrees perfectly with a taste oriented flavors "caramel". Sustained at all levels, it remains very balanced. A very slight note of roasting surprises us however at the end of the mouth. First beer produced by the brewery, its roundness recalls the pleasure and invites us to pass a simple moment of tasting.
