Ging's La Blonde 6.5
Clear deep yellow beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. The aroma contains overripe fruits, rhubarb (especially in the smell), herbs, spices and vegetables. It tastes medium sweet and light bitter, probably caused by the added spices. Fizzy carbonation and long aftertaste.
