THREE=The Holy Research Enters Europe. Trippel aged on oak barrels. also: "T.H.R.E.E aka Tangerine Heated Rare Evil Edition, is a deep golden blond Ale that aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels. This ale is unblended, unfiltered, and unpasteurized.
Clear orange pour with a white head. Aroma is dates, caramel, toffee, sherry, hint of raisin. Light on the palate, sweet but with some background complexity and a hint of woody bitterness on the finish. Taste is cherry, marzipan, candi sugar, plum, pear, sherry. Very nice.
