It is at room temperature that it best expresses its aromas. Then, the part of the angels gets drunk on you. You fell in love. We will make an aperitif or a dessert beer. It can be enjoyed in an alcoholic glass or a wine glass. She uses herself frankly without tilting the glass. Its foam is more or less abundant depending on the shape of the glass but still compact. Its shelf life is promising but you will need a lot of courage to resist the temptation to drink it. Are we still in the beer world? ...
Packing a real punch, its complex taste of beer intermingled with fruity aromas more typical of Armagnac make for a beer tasting experience that is anything but ordinary. The aroma of spices, malt and some fruits. The taste is stickey, caramel, fruits like raspberries. There is bitter and alcohol notes. The aftertaste is sweet with some alcohol and bitter.
