A special blond beer was brewed using barley and wheat for this purpose. A selection of 4 natural botanicals was added during the ageing process: elderflower, angelica root, cloves and rosemary. A pleasantly surprising bouquet!

Gouden Carolus Indulgence Botanik 8.5° .
Pours cloudy dark brownish amber, small head. Nose is hugely oxidized, raisin, caramel, candy sugar. Flavour is light bitter and medium sweet. Medium bodied, rather thin texture, soft to medium carbonation. Finish is dark dried fruits, caramel and a tiny hint of whisky.
