- Out-of-Stock

From Bastogne brewery and delivered worldwide. There is little Stout type Imperial (high degree of alcohol) in Belgium. The characteristic of this one is to associate an intense taste profile with a nice flexibility of tasting. The use of spelled malts (Ardennes cereal) and woody notes give it flavors of a beautiful roundness vinous.
The brewer worked the strong flavors of malts (barley and spelled grilled), the aromas and bitterness of hops (3 hops, dry hopping) to obtain a balanced product: a stout with strong and intense flavors but without heaviness, well balanced.
Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, bit adhesive. Aroma is medium sweet, lot of dark coffee, licorice, light ashes, light plum, dark chocolate, bit yeast like. On the palate, coffee is also very strong. Flavour has caramel, toasted malts, chocolate, soft smoke, cocoa powder dryness, vinious. Quite dry and surprisingly oaky in the finish. Try it, love it ! Cheers !
