The pour is a hazy dark amber color with an off-white head. Light yeast, rich bread and ripe fruit make up the aroma. Hugely sweet flavor with honey, caramel, ripe fruits, golden raisins, rich bread, light alcohol. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Aftertaste is bitter, sticky and malty. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a creamy texture. Nice beer, balanced and smooth. Finish is sweet and fruity with bread, plums, grapes, pears and alcohol. Very sweet but still nicely balanced. An excellent quad.
