Small light brown foamy head on top of a clear (filtered out the yeast) deep dark orange to brown colored beer. Smell malts, caramel, very light smell. Taste without yeast: malts, caramel, some darker spices, light bitter and sweet. Taste with yeast: more fruitier, malts, light bitter, yeast, light wood and hints of spices and something light dry-ish. Aftertaste of malts and light spicy and something very light dry. Low carbonation, and a sweet dry finish. A very pleasant and warm beer.
