Pour it amber color with medium white head. Smell is fresh, yeasty. To the sweet side, but also had bitter notes. Taste is sharp, and bitter. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and quite bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and average carbonation. A very nice Ale
