Chapeau Abricot De Troch 3°-1/4L - delivery worldwide! From De Troch brewery.
Pours with weak foam. Carbonation is big. Color is a bit cloudy orange-pink. Aroma has dried apricot, fermentation, raspberry, some dried plum, lactic acid/sour beer aroma. Palate is a bit more oily than dry, but is almost well balanced. Bubbles are big and the carbonation feels sharp. Taste is sour and sweet in a good way and has sour dried apricot as dominant taste. Some raspberry, fresh sour strawberry, a hint of lemon. Very delicious. It’s a shame that the aroma does not live up to the taste. Still an excellent beer though.
Sparkling lambic from the De Troch brewery that has been secondary fermented with apricot to produce a light aperitive. Very unusual, and very popular
