Not well packed

I’ve never before had to experience the disappointment of a precious bottle broken, until my last two orders. Each bottle used to be wrapped in plastic netting, the boxes were BOXES! Sturdy plastic. Now, the ‘white popcorn’ seems to be thrown into the brown paperbag-type box as an afterthought, and wrapped with what appears to be flimsy scotch tape. I really have been delighted with every order of the past. My unhappiness and low rating is directed at the way the beer is packaged for transit, and my first inquiry being ignored.

Great Service

When I found your Belgian Foods site I thought it was to good to be true. I looked around and found many of my favorite Belgian beers shown as available to be ordered and mail straight to me in the USA! Well, I placed my first (guarantee not my last) order and just 2 weeks later it showed up! What a great service, what great beers! I have not ordered any chocolate or anything else yet, but I will.
