- Out-of-Stock

Brewed by La Binchoise brewery. The beer Bonne Esperance pours clear copper with a huge white head. Aromas are of apple, vinous, bubblegum, hay. Flavor is medium sweet with sort of non-descript sugar and apple coming through in the middle. Finishes with a lightly dry herby hop and yeasty finish. Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel and active carbonation. Overall, some nice aromas, and very drinkable beer. Flavor isn’t all that complex, but has a decent balance between malt and hop bitterness.
Clear gold-brown colour and fine bubbled medium head. Delicate fragrant floral hops and faint chicken yard yeasty aromas. Medium to full bodied yeasty flavour. Balanced but a rather soft bitter-sweet palate with not that much jingling the oral nerve endings. Shortish, smooth, balanced finish. Best feature - aroma, poorest is the flavour.
