Highly anticipated during the holiday season, it perpetuates the tradition of master brewers who kept their best barley and hops to stir once a year and distribute it during the winter holidays.
This winter beer reveals moderately malty flavors, notes of brown sugar, hazelnuts, caramel, some fruit and subtle spicy touches.
The mouth is also sweet and slightly spicy. There are notes of caramel, coffee and cooked fruits. Lightly hopped, this smoked beer offers a nice length in the mouth.
