Floreffe Double 7° by Brasserie Lefebvre is a rich, robust Belgian beer with an attractive mahogany body and a generous tawny head. The bouquet is a mix of soft caramels, fruit, chocolate, and roasted malt. On the palate, there’s an abundance of brown sugar, roasted malt, and jammy fruit flavours that combine with the medium body to give a soft, liqueur finish.

Floreffe Prima Melior, brewed by Lefebvre brewery, and delivered worldwide, undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle in the purest tradition of Floreffe Abbey beers. Very dark brown with a thick beige head, the nose leads us towards aromas of toasted malt, liqueur, white-coloured fruits, coffee and cocoa. The palate has flavours of alcohol, wood, yeast, spice, toasted malt, herbs, caramel and vanilla.
This beer is the perfect accompaniment for roast chicken, goat’s milk or blue cheeses, desserts based on Speculoos or crème brûlée.

This beer is in fact one of the very few Belgian beers that can be officially classed as "Abbey Beers", guaranteeing that it really is produced by a brewery with a partnership agreement to take over the beer production of a Belgian Abbey under the aegis of the monks of this abbey.

This authentic beer, brewed by Lefebvre brewery, is a tasting beer. It is brewed with great love and care, with water, hops, malt and yeast in a traditional brewery and quite in keeping with the old brewing tradition. During the second fermentation in the bottle, De Kossaat naturally continues to ripen to become a lively and fresh beer.
Kossaat is golden blond with a very spicy and particularly specific taste that evolves towards a fruity and hoppy finish.

The method of tasting the Hopus is to pour the bottom of the bottle into a shot glass to collect all the yeast.
