Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Blond is a strong blond beer that was launched in 2008 on the occasion of "10 years Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark". However, it contains more types of malt and 3 different kinds of herbs are added during the brewing process.
Its bright golden color, high alcohol percentage and full and well-balanced taste make this ale a genuine source of vitality and power which will please even the most critical connoisseur.
For ideal savoring, gently pour out in one fluent movement, at a temperature of 7-8° C (45-46°F). Proudly poured it is savored with respect. Those who like a refreshing, heavy and somewhat spicy beer, choose this blonde ale.

Brewed at Het Anker brewery, Cuvée van de Keizer Blue Imperial Dark is an exceptional beer and is a special version of the Gouden Carolus Classic, with an enriched taste pallet and mysterious aromas added. The caramelised malts and its 11 % alcohol volume gives this Cuvée a warm roundness of wine together with the refreshing taste of beer.

Gouden Carolus Ambrio, brewed at Het Anker brewery, and delivered worldwide, is aromatically brewed according to the ancient recipe of the Mechelschen Bruynen. Ambrio is an 'amber' ale brewed with 'brio'. This white beer of high fermentation finds its origin in the traditional beer of the city of Mechelen. As each city had its own typical beer, the Mechelenians drunk their amber beer: "Mechelschen Bruynen" for hundreds of years.

Gouden Carolus Classic, from Het Anker brewery and delivered worldwide, finds its origin in the rich tradition of Mechelen. Every Belgian city had their own city breweries and their own city beer. So the people of Mechelen drunk "den Mechelschen Bruynen". Mechelen, at that time capital of the Netherlands, had her brewer's guild and the members were on their honor to brew the best beer for the Emperor. An old chronicle of Mechelen reports that this Grand Imperial Beer, "Gouden Carolus" named after the golden coins of Emperor Charles, was mainly consumed during the foxhound "since both the riders and the horses were brought in full fire and made them gallop in order for the hunt always developed in the best atmosphere". 

Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor, from Het Anker brewery and delivered worldwide,  completes the taste palate of the Gouden Carolus beers. “Hopsinjoor” derived from “Opsinjoor”, the typical character of Mechelen and also because of the use of 5 different kinds of hops. These hops are fractioned at a different time during the cooking process in order to conserve a maximum of aroma. 
Concerning the taste, the Ale has a gentle taste with a slightly bitter finish. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor was launched in 2008 on the Zythos Beer Festival and hit the mark: the visitors elected it as best beer, bringing Het Anker “The Consumer’s trophy Zythos Beer Festival 2008”. 
The beer is bottled unfiltered in order to preserve the bitterness of the hop as much as possible.

Gouden Carolus Triple 9°: chosen as Best Tripel beer in the world!
Already in 2002 this beer won the Gold Award at the biennial World Beer Cup in the category 'Tripel'. In 2010 this beer won gold at the European Beer Star in the category 'Belgian Style Tripel'. In 2012, again followed the gold award for best Tripel beer in the world ("World's Best Belgian-Style Tripel").
Full graceful tenderness, with a clean and neat taste, this beer will enchant you: matured in the bottle, exclusively obtained from pale malt, highly fermented and 100% natural. With a full-bodied flavor that still works thirst quenching, thanks to a balanced hopping. For ideal savouring, gently pour out in one fluent movement, at a temperature of 5-7° C (41-45°F).
