Cantillon Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 5° is brewed at the famous Cantillon brewery and is delivered worldwide. Two-year-old lambic that is dry-hopped and bottled with a small amount of sugar liquor to begin refermentation in the bottle.
Murky golden orange pour with a white head. Aroma is really bright and tart, funky, zesty. Taste is tart and sweet up front, huge flavour, a bit oaky, earthy, super complex with a dry finish.

Cantillon Cuvée Saint-Gilloise
Pours cloudy apricot color, medium fluffy head fades to nice glaze on the surface, fine bubbled lacing. Aroma is juicy lemon, white grapes and grapefruit, mild tart edge, lemony grassy hop character with nice dose of barnyard. Taste more tart than the nose, lemon and grapefruit zest with sweet malts, hay, and earthy funk, wood. Base lambic here is mighty tasty. Moderate carbonation this young gives a somewhat thicker palate which is lovely. Great.
