Poured a beautiful hazed deep orange colour with a big white head on top. What an amazing aroma! Aroma highlighting the typical 3 Fonteinen green apple aspects along with apricot, citrus, a lovely dry cellar funk and cobweb notes. Moderate sour, very acidic with notes of funk, oak, bitter peanut skin, barley, malt, green apple. Excellent and especially promising.
