Brewed at Val de Sambre brewery, and delivered worldwide, This top-fermenting pale coloured beer contains 2 kinds of hoppy aromas. The head is big, consistent and has an off-white colour. The Premier Cru has a strong character and takes you back to old days of the religious life. For me as a master-brewer, this is the most harmonious of all Aulne beers. The beer is served with fish and seafood.

Blonde abbey beer with second fermentation in the bottle. Result of passion and savoir-faire, this beer is characterised by a palette of strong and subtle flavours. A beer with a rounded flavour, rich body and assertive character that places it among the top abbey beers. Aromas are reminiscent of sherry and anise. A full-bodied mouthfeel accompanied by a slightly caramelized flavour. The complex aromas and full body provide a lasting and multilayered finish.
